Qualification:

Master’s or higher degree in Computer Sciences, IT, Software Engineering, GIS Development, or related field preferably from foreign recognized university. Higher degree will be preferred

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in systems development, programming, information technology, Al, AR/VR, 3D Animation

Job Description:

Review and ensure quality of the system design of all the equipment and software’s which are developed.
Draft and Finalize TORs for engagement of the IT firm carrying out the development of BMIS, PMIS and HMIS systems.
Technically administrate all the android and software development, maintenance, deployment activities of the project.
Ensure the development of protocols for the dashboards and other data sharing dashboard for stakeholders and android applications.
Produces detailed timeline for each component’s release and implements effective project control by monitoring the progress of the Management information systems and reporting the status to Program director.
Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the systems development.
Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion.
Preparation of training and capacity building modules for HMIS, PMIS and BMIS for PHATA Employees.
Any other task assigned by the Senior Specialist IT
