- Manager Architecture
Job Responsibilities
1. Planning, and preparation of Architectural designs under the guidance of Senior Manager Architecture.
2. Preparation of Concept Architectural proposal for the client including the 3-D of the project.
3. Preparing the interior design proposal supported with 3D wings.
4. Preparation of working drawings after the approval from client.
5. Liaising with relevant professional staff within the organization.
6. Preparation of the progress report on weekly basis.
7. Ensure that the design as carried out to specific standard building codes guide line and regulation.
8. Make site visit to check that there is no breach in design & execution.
9. Preparation of project report after visiting the site.
10. Follow Architectural trends and advancements.
11. Selecting and approval of material with the consultation of Senior Manager Architecture.
12. Any other duties assigned by the management.
